  • In case of cancellation by Issada Security Services Limited, damages are limited to a full refund of the course fee.

  • Pass Guarantee for SIA qualifications includes free re-attendance of training and a free exam re-sit.

  • Exam re-sit requests must be made within six weeks of result release.

  • Clients must provide accurate certification delivery details.

  • Misconduct on premises will result in exclusion without refund.

  • Free courses may be available with specific conditions.

  • Job placement is not guaranteed.

  • Privacy Policy: Personal information is protected and used only for order completion.
